FREE MINDSET COACHING ALL YEAR! Here’s what to expect!

Happy, happy New Year (once again- if you’ve been here for the fitness content so far!) and Happy 3 Kings Day, if you celebrate! My family always celebrated what we called “Dia de los Reyes” as I was growing up. :)

Today, for our very first blog post of its kind, I wanted to start off by setting some expectations so you know what’s coming and what you have to do. If you’ve been a little confused with all the changes to the content, I hope to answer your wonderings right now!
Dear Higher Self operates under essentially two different, but connected, pillars. Our first main pillar is performance. On the FREE side you get weekly articles, monthly fitness challenges and countless other resources. When you’re ready for personalized coaching we can work together 1 on 1 towards your fitness and nutrition goals. Learn more about that HERE.

The second pillar is mindset. Once again there will be a plethora of FREE resources each month including weekly articles and INTERACTIVE monthly challenges. For deeper learning you can check out our fundamental course on mindset, the Self Love Mastery Method, (coming back in February 2023). 

Let’s backtrack a bit because that word will be a huge theme for 2023: Interactive! 

I expect you to download your free monthly challenge AND participate. I will be giving feedback and highlighting your work with the community in future videos and posts.

With all that being said, let me quickly introduce this month's topic and then I’ll let you go. 

This quarter, or semester if you will LOL, will span from January through March and this will be our “Frosty Foundation - Back to the Basics”, because winter…. Get it?
